When do you need to file an annual confirmation?
Financial Service Providers (FSPs) must file their annual confirmation once each year, in their allocated month. The first annual confirmation is due in the calendar year after the FSP is registered. We will send an email reminder before the confirmation is due.
Filing your annual confirmation online
The Registrar will send the Financial Service Provider (FSP) an email reminder when an annual confirmation is due. The FSP must then file that annual confirmation online.
How much does it cost?
There is an annual confirmation fee payable along with a Financial Market Authority (FMA) levy.
Changing the filing month
The filing month for a Financial Service Provider (FSP) may be changed but only if the the annual confirmation is not already outstanding.
