Public notices
Under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 ("the Act"), the Registrar of Financial Service Providers is required to give public notice on occasion.
- Deregistration
Under section 21(c) of the Act, the Registrar must give public notice of the deregistration of a financial service provider, for not less than 20 working days. - Reregistration
Under section 22(3)(c) of the Act, the Registrar must notify the public of the reregistration of a financial service provider, and that public notice must be available for not less than 20 working days.
