Can you help me with RealMe®?

A RealMe login is required to log in to access a range of online services on the Financial Service Providers Register.

If you can’t remember your RealMe username or password, you can use the ‘Forgot username’ or ‘Forgot password’ options on our login page.

Why can't I see the login option?

Perhaps you are also logged into the Companies Register in the same web browser. If you are, try opening the Financial Service Providers Register website using—

  • a different web browser, or 
  • an incognito or private browsing mode in this web browser.
