Notice of Amendment of the Register pursuant to section 29 (b) and (d) of the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008

The Registrar has amended the Register in relation to CHANCE VOIGHT INVESTMENT CORPORATION LIMITED (FSP1003883) on 7 May 2026 to change the registration status of the FSP from deregistered to registered on the grounds that:

  1. The voluntarily deregistration of the FSP from the Register was not authorised by the interim liquidators who had been appointed over the FSP prior to its deregistration.
  2. The Registrar is satisfied that the FSPR contains a mistake in that it records the unauthorised deregistration of the FSP and that the change of status of the FSP to deregistered did not reflect the true position.
