How to update your contact and direct debit details
You can update your personal and organisation contact details, and your direct debit information using the My Account option in your online services account.
Updating personal details
To update your contact details, log in and follow these steps.
- Select Account settings from the Manage and maintain menu.
- Update your contact details as required — name, email address, physical address, postal address, phone, mobile and fax number.
Updating or adding direct debit details
To update your direct debit details or set up a new one, log in, search the register for your FSP and follow these steps.
- Select Account settings from the Manage and maintain menu.
- If you have an existing direct debit facility with us you can update:
- the bank account details
- the email address we use to send you tax invoices
- the PO Box or physical address that appears on your invoice.
